- Remove shoes when entering the unit to ensure a clean environment for your comfort.
- The noise level has to be observed after 10 pm.
- All access cards or keys to be returned upon departure, RM200 is applicable for unreturned/lost access cards or keys.
- Switch off all electrical and air-conditioner when not in use.
- Do not let tap water running when not in use.
- Only light cooking is allowed and the area shall be cleaned up after use.
- No damage or alteration to be done to the property or its contents. Otherwise, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Additional charges applied for cleaning fees on stubborn stain or damage caused on furniture, walls, and etc.
- Cleaning service during stay period upon request with charges applied.
- Airport transfer service upon request with charges applied.
- Check-in time: 2 pm onwards. Kindly make inform of late check-in (after 9 pm).
